This song is from the Rhodope region. This region is characterized for having one of the most rare and impressive music around the world!

It was recorded on Golden CDs and is on the spacecrafts voyager 1 and 2 as a message of the human nation to other civilizations.

The Voyager Golden Record is a phonograph record included in the two Voyager spacecraft launched in 1977. It contains sounds and images selected to portray the diversity of life and culture on Earth. It is intended for any intelligent extraterrestrial life form, or far future humans, that may find it. The Voyager spacecraft will take about 40,000 years to come near another star, 'near' meaning in this case within around 1.7 light-years' distance; hence, if other beings do not come in the direction of the spacecraft to meet them, it will take at least that long for the Golden Record to be found.

Here is an excerpt of President Carter's official statement placed on the Voyager spacecraft for its trip outside our solar system, June 16, 1977:

As memorias de um dia cinzento. Fugazes, lubridiadas pelo espririto selvagem, essas memorias tao tuas e tao minhas. Partilhadas num lapso de tempo perdido… rodopiam por entre o po estelar, perdidas.. longe de ti ou de mim.

Memorias de um tempo perdido? Nao creio! Tudo valeu ou vale a pena. Nao te perdi, ganhei-te. Ganhei a tua peca para o meu puzzle. Com pecas tao complicadas ira demorar-me uma vida para o completar! 

Nao creio em tempos perdidos ou memorias pesadas demais.. acredito em pecas que nao nos completam, que nao encaixam! 

Mas vale sempre a pena a procura por uma peca, por mais pequena que seja, neste enorme jardim.
